Lovely Parcel

   Hey Look

Inspired by all the great packaging I've seen on blogs and Pintrest I decided to buy heaps of packaging supplies so the parcels I send out to customers will look super dooper. I've even got my own monogram stamp now. Yeah.

Give Away

A6 Stitched Notebook
Scalloped Pocket Mirror
Woodland walk themed craft making kit
Printed Linen Pouch

To celebrate my 1000 followers on twitter and to say thank you to all you lovely supportive people I will be randomly choosing one person from my twitter, facebook, and blog followers to win a selection of my handmade products.  There is wee bit of a purple theme to this give away, including an A6 notebook, pink scalloped pocket mirrorwoodland walk themed craft kit and one of my printed linen pouches.  If you'd like to win all this lovely stuff make sure you follow me on twitter, facebook or here on my blog. I guess if you follow all three you've got more chance of winning, ahem. I'll be announcing the winner in two weeks time.

Good Luck.

Quilting

The past few days I've been working on my first quilt. I think I'm addicted. Its the most satisfying thing I have ever made from my fabric, possibly because you can see it turning into a glorious blanket thing. I kinda thought quilts were for grannies, but I'm a convert. Top quality photographs to follow once its finished, although I'll be so pleased with myself I may be too busy rolling around on it.

The F+F Farm

I discovered the Fig + Fauna Farm via Miss Moss. I had to have a gander over on their own blog after reading Diana's post about their wonderful recipes and land.  I spent a few years on a farm in Scotland when I was little and the little snapshots of the Fig + Fauna farm really reminds me of what a lovely place our farm house was to grow up in.  See the farm blog and recipes here.

Elwood and Eloise

Mallory McInnis of the fantastic blog Look at these Gems has a real gem (heheh) of an Etsy shop called Elwood and Eloise where she sells vintage books. Above are some of my favourite covers.

Blue Likes

I really like blue right now. I think its because I recently went to stay in my house on the Turkish coast and my room there is a hundred shades of blue, which reflects the sea beautifully.
